Return / Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at butler@eduvirtues.com.hk with details of the product and the defect.

Products can be exchanged if the following conditions are fulfilled:

With manufacturing defects
Unused
With all parts originally included with the product
With original packaging intact

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment (or method that is mutually agreed).

We are not responsible for any loss, costs or damages caused by any third-party couriers or incurred as a result of accidents or events that are beyond our control, and such loss, costs or damages shall be borne by the client.
